Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders are always welcome, just send a message with what you’d like and I can get back to with a quote.
As all dolls are unique, I am happy to offer a similar version of one previously made but small adjustments would be made for that doll to be unique.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based in Dorset, UK and unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. This may change at a later date if we have the option to trial it.
What are the dolls made from?
The dolls are made from ethically sourced wool from small businesses in the UK.
They also include a wire inside for moveable arms and the stands are made from wood.
Should you ever wish to disassemble the doll (which I hope you don’t!) all parts can either be recycled, composted or repurposed.
Care instructions
Care instructions for dolls are sent inside the box and also in an email after purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Packaging:
All purchases are sent in a box with filler and care instructions, all of which can be recycled. Tape/stickers used on the box are fully compostable.
Gift wrapping:
This is not something that is provided as an addition but I am more than happy to remove receipts or add a gift note for the recipient.
