Most all orders are shipped within 24 hours from Houston. We ship via US Postal Service using First Class Package Mail which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive in the US. PRIORITY MAIL shipping option is also available during checkout and if you have a short deadline, please message us before placing your order.

You may return an individual non-custom item within 60 days for a refund if you are not satisfied with our product.
Note: Seasonal items are not eligible for returns. Please see the individual page on Etsy for Returns options.

If you like to exchange for a different size or color, the best way to handle this is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Items to be returned must be in brand new resalable condition. It must not be washed, worn, used or laundered. No refunds will be issued unless the item is returned in the original brand new condition.

Customized items and bulk orders cannot be returned for any reason.

Yes, in most cases we can. Simply message us with your requirements before placing the order. In some cases, there is no extra cost. Otherwise there is a small fee of $3-$5 depending on the complexity of the modification. We will of course let you know before you place the order.

We offer quantity discounts on larger orders. Simply send us a message with the item and approximate quantity and we will reply back with the discounted price. The more you, the more you will save.
