Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I return or exchange an item?
Most of my work is custom. That means it’s made just the way you want it, color, size, design, etc. If I accept returns on custom work, it would be difficult to sell it because everyone’s taste is different. What you may like others may not.
I will do everything I can to make sure you get the product you expected. During the product creation phase, you will be sent at least one photo before It is complete so you can make changes. I stand by all my creations and will repair them if there is a defect you detect upon receipt or through normal wear and tear.
Custom and personalized orders
Since at least 90% of my business is custom orders, I cannot start working on them until I receive payment in full. Each Tiara is an investment in time and materials which would be a loss for me if someone backs out.
How long does it take to make a custom Tiara
I need a week for a custom designed Tiara to match your dress. All other items in my shop take 2 to 3 days.
