I am a self taught artist that has made items almost my entire life! I dabbled in taking apart my Grandmother's costume jewelry as a child only to remake my own unique designs. My Grandmother always encouraged me to be who I wanted to be, even if some of my designs back then were not quite wearable!

Many years ago I picked up the art of beading with a friends encouragement, and now 8 years later I feel I have come into my own...creating pieces "outside the box"! I have a love for recycling and repurposing items, especially wacky materials that many would never have thought to use. This is where my inspiration came from when designing my "repurposed rubber" line...trying to save our environment one necklace at a time!! But I do need to give a shout out to a wonderful artist in England that inspired me for the repurposed rubber idea!!
