Jess James is the owner of Jess James + Co. vintage boutique (@jessjames.co) located in Wilmington, NC and Co-Owner / Retro DJ for The Beehive Blondes (@beehiveblondes).
Fashion Editor of Focus on the Coast Magazine, personal stylist and founder of Style Girl LLC events (Style Swap, Fashion Preview, Great Gatsby Gala), Jess has been curating and selling vintage for over a decade.
When she moved to Wilmington from Philadelphia, she pitched a style column called "Style Girl" to the Wilmington Star-News, which ran weekly for four years before launching her own e-newsletter / blog called Style Girl's FASHION FIX.
As her closet expanded after her constant thrill-of-the-hunt vintage shopping excursions while at the same time finding special pieces for her styling clients in her travels, Style Girl Vintage was born.
Jess opened the Style Girl Vintage showroom in April 2015 in Downtown Wilmington for two years before opening her first brick & mortar shop called Jess James + Co. Vintage Boutique located at 511 Castle Street in the Antiques District.
