Why does it take 2-3 weeks to make my item?
We are a high volume, husband-wife owned shop, so chances are there are always at least 150 orders in front of yours.
Why is it taking so long for my item to arrive after it shipped?
Unlike many other online retailers that have warehouses across the country, we build and operate out of our New Jersey home. When your package is ready to ship, we bring it to the post office. Due to COVID, there are extreme shipping delays since docks are often full with limited employees. Our packages first travel from our local post office to Newark, NJ where they are sorted at the distribution center. Once they arrive there, they are sorted by zones throughout the country. If the docks are full, packages will not move until there is space, which is what many of the delays are stemming from. Please know that we are also tracking your packages daily and cross check what is moving.
Why did another package I ordered from Etsy arrive already?
Please see the above. Unlike other retailers, Etsy does not have warehouses across the country to ship from based on closest location, it is made up of independent sellers from around the world, each operating their own businesses. Depending on the volume and status of the distribution center in the state where a package is shipping from, along with the size of the item, some packages may take much longer to arrive at the current moment.
