I accept returns on any items that are in new condition and I will either provide a refund or exchange depending on your preference.

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing flaw I will replace or refund it at no cost to you, regardless of where in the world you are located. Please send me a picture of the damage (and the packaging, if applicable) when contacting me about damaged items.

If the item arrives and you just changed your mind and no longer want it I will still accept returns and provide a full refund, but you may be responsible for return shipping costs to send it back to me. If you are unsure if an item is right for you please don't hesitate to message me before purchase to prevent added return costs later.

Items usually ship within 3 business days of purchase. Any changes to this policy will be listed at the top of the item description.

In the US most items arrive within 5 business days. International orders outside of the US often take 2 weeks or more, and sometimes can take over 1 month. Most international orders don't have detailed tracking but if this is something you are interested in please message me before purchase.

If you ordered decals and your order was under $20 they will have been shipped in a regular greeting card-sized envelope that will arrive with your daily mail. Please double-check your mail to make sure it wasn't mixed in with junk mail or mail inserts.

There is also a known glitch with the tracking on decal envelopes where they are sometimes marked as delivered 1-3 business days before they actually show up at your residence. Please feel free to message me if you are concerned, but most likely it will arrive in a day or two.

Unfortunately not at this time. I used to offer motorcycle frames until my supplier stopped making the blank frames I was using, and unfortunately I haven't found a good replacement yet.

If you don't mind waiting on a motorcycle frame please message me and I'd be happy to add you to the list to be notified if/when I am able to restock them. Or if you find a blank motorcycle frame that you like and can send me the measurements I may be able to send you a decal so you can customize the frame yourself.

Probably! I'm constantly restocking items, and a lot of times an item is just marked as out of stock because I didn't notice the quantity was running low on Etsy. Any long-term stock shortages should be noted in the beginning of the item description and otherwise please feel free to sign up for the wait list to be notified when it is restocked (this also let's me know what you are interested in so I make sure to restock wait list items first).

If you need an out-of-stock item for a gift or by a certain date send me a message and let me know, in most cases I can work with you to make sure it arrives on time.
