Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times
All orders will be shipped using USPS. For flat items, I offer an option with lower shipping costs but it does not include tracking.
Should you want tracking, you can upgrade your shipping method when checking out. Keep in mind that for international tracked orders, they will be fully tracked within the US, but may not be once it leaves. There may be less frequent updates once it reaches your country.
Delivery times vary depending on your country. There have been a lot of delays, especially around around holidays, so please allow extra time for your package to arrive. Around 1-2 weeks for US orders, and at least 1-3 months for international orders.
Lost/Delayed/Damaged Items
Damaged Orders: Please contact me with proof of the packaging and the insides.
Untracked Orders: If your order gets lost or delayed, I will not be able to help you investigate or reimburse you.
Tracked Orders: Once it is marked as "Delivered", I am no longer responsible for it. Unfortunately I am also not responsible for any delayed, missing or stolen packages as it is out of my control.

Shipped to Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for missing/undelivered orders due to incorrect address input. If the package is returned to me, I can offer to resend it if you pay the shipping cost, OR I can refund the order amount minus the shipping cost.
