5 out of 5 starsOverall very pleased with this item, especially considering the price difference between it and EMDR light bars and buzzers from other companies. The item arrived more quickly than expected, and the light bar works well and the buzzers are in sync with the light movement. My one small complaint is that the remote control needs to be plugged into a power source and it goes into "sleep mode" fairly quickly (just have to tap the screen to get it online before running it again). I wish it was battery operated, but it still works fine. You can also use your phone as a remote, but I don't love the idea of using my phone in a therapy session.

Hello, thank you so much for your review—that’s very kind of you. You can power the controller using a power bank, and it enters sleep mode to conserve battery life when you're using one.

5 out of 5 starsEverything arrived very timely, which was especially appreciated as it was being shipped from overseas! The light bar and buzzers worked well, however the tripod arrived damaged (plastic tripod that was broken). Fortunately, the seller was extremely responsive and supportive and expedited a new tripod to be delivered locally. It arrived within a couple of days and is excellent quality (metal, sturdy)! The only other thing is that the buzzers are kind of big and bulky - not super comfortable to hold for long - and require A LOT of batteries. Overall, I would recommend this seller and item. Thank you very much!

5 out of 5 starsI love this lightbar. I have been hesitant to order one due to prices. TeknologicEMDR had the best price and I love using it. It has been very effective with clients. It has many great,easy features: change colors, speed, etc. There were some minor issues that were addressed quickly. I greatly appreciate the customer service and I highly recommend this lightbar. Has saved stress to my shoulder. Thank you Salvo!
