To download your files on your mobile device, you can view the Order Confirmation email that you received post-purchase and click "View my files on Etsy." This will take you to Etsy in your mobile browser and prompt you to view your files.

Alternatively, you can go to your Etsy account directly in your mobile browser, click your profile icon > Purchases and reviews > choose your order from The Bold Fig > Download files.

After downloading your files, click on the links in the PDF on the Templates page. Each link will open in your mobile browser and ask you to "Use template for a new design." This will open the Canva app if you have it or take you to the Canva mobile browser experience. For the smoothest and easiest editing experience, we recommend editing your files on Desktop.

Absolutely! If you haven't made the purchase yet, simply add the Custom size add-on to your order and include the desired dimensions. Please note: we will only include ONE custom size per order. Please add multiple Custom size add-ons if you need multiple sizes.
