Why The Mastiff House was created
A message from the Owner:
After living almost my entire life with molosser breeds (Rottweilers, Great Danes, Pitbulls & Filas) I realized the decades of knowledge and experience I have achieved regarding these breeds was not common knowledge for the general dog owner, nor for many molosser owners. All of my dogs have been "inside" dogs, having full access to me and my home at all times. I have owned single dogs and built amazing connections with a deeper level of communication & understanding for their ways of life. I have also owned a "pack" of 4 dogs at a time, (plus adding temporary rescues to the pack from time to time), which allowed me further insight into the typical "K9 Rules" of operation, how they communicate among each other, and also how each dog falls into their own rank within the pack, and at what times.
These intimate experiences have allowed me to learn about K9's in general, but also the differences between the Working/Molosser breeds vs. other types of dogs. These dogs belong in their own category, and have specific needs that are different than other types of dogs. I wanted to create a way to share this knowledge and provide quality products that have helped me to successfully build relationships & provide ultimate care for these dogs.
THE MASTIFF HOUSE is exclusive to those who love the working breeds, and we provide the equipment, gear and supplies (tested and approved) needed to help build and strengthen this special human/K9 bond.
THE MASTIFF HOUSE was established in 2018 for the working and large breed dog owners.
