Please remember to use YOUR information as the billing address and the individual you are sending the item to as the SHIPPING TO address. In the "Message" section add in what you would like the note to say for example "Happy Birthday Nanna! Love you tons! Mary and Sue" We will copy your text VERBATIM so be sure to spell everything correctly.
We do not include itemized receipts unless requested.
All of our orders are wrapped in a rustic fashion unless it is a special bulk order.

Our pieces are set the size they are seen in the listing unfortunately they cannot be made larger or smaller.
Customization of color, finish, distressing etc....those can be discussed.

We have a delivery on the majority of our pieces of 3-7 business days. Rush orders can be taken and a small fee can get your piece pushed out to you sooner.
Most of our pieces make it out well before the 7 days, however there are instances that we do need the 7 days to complete your order. If you have any concerns as to when your piece may arrive please contact us.

Wholesale, bulk, boutique orders are all welcome. All are depending on what item you are interested in and will need a separate message/discussion with the owner.

Our pieces do not come with screws. please read each listing in its entirety as the majority of pieces have hanging options such as analligator hanger, wall hook, nail hole etc; however, no screws are included.
We have found over the years that we simply cannot supply proper screws/nails/molly's/anchors for every wall material,although we advise that whatever you use to anchor your piece is easily covered with a dot of like colored paint or even a marker/chalk to blend it into the piece.
We are pretty fluent in what size screw a piece needs so please don't hesitate to ask! We are in discussion to make basic screws available for a minimal add on fee so keep an eye out!

Please contact us and we will answer you ASAP! Everything will be customer specific on the time that you need the item by and the work that is needed on the piece HOWEVER we are very capable of getting items rushed out next day, sometimes same day, within two or three days....... this all is CUSTOMER specific!!
We are VERY responsive (during regular business hours as well as off hours within reason as some of us are night owls - we are central time zone) and love to chat with yall!
