4 out of 5 starsThere were some areas that were bent on the puzzle and the picture quality was slightly off/ blurry but overall it’s good.
Donna Brown - responded on Feb 27, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. The slight blur in the image was part of the original professional photograph, where the photographer intentionally softened the background to focus on the couple. We print directly from the image provided, so that artistic effect will appear in the final puzzle. All puzzles are carefully inspected before shipping, and bent pieces are not something we typically see. If you’re able to share a photo of the pieces you’re referring to, I’d be happy to take a closer look. I’m glad to hear you’re overall happy with your purchase and appreciate your support.

5 out of 5 starsThank you for being so efficient (within 1 week internationally!) and even labeling the pieces with numbers making them so much easier to assemble! The puzzles look amazing (with small imperfections like corners peeling but it’s okay for afar) We cannot wait to have our wedding guests sign the back of these and frame them into beautiful wall decorations in our new home as a reminder of the big day!
Donna Brown - responded on Oct 30, 2025
I am so honored to make your three puzzles for your wedding. The messages were so inspirational and I’m hoping that you send more pictures of the signed puzzles. Wishing you a fantastic wedding! Donna

4 out of 5 starsPuzzle showed up very quickly and seller was communicative. Only concern is when the puzzle showed up there were a couple of black smudges in the middle of the puzzle that was not able to be wiped off without taking the printing with it leaving little white spots. I was able to smear the smudges a little bit so they didn't ruin the puzzles ink and then cover them with similar looking markers. It's obvious if you look close up but to a random passerby you wouldn't notice anything. So not a huge deal to me just a little inconvenient.
Donna Brown - responded on Aug 10, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad your puzzle arrived quickly and that communication was smooth. We appreciate you sharing your experience. We hope you enjoy your puzzle for years to come!

Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.
INFORMATION I COLLECT:
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of a personalized puzzle, for example) if you contact me directly.
THE LEGAL BASE FOR INFORMATION COLLECTED:
The General Data Protection Regulations (May 2018) (EU) (known as GDPR 2018 throughout the rest of this Policy) requires that I explain the legal bases I rely on to collect, use, and share your personal information. This may include a buyer’s affirmative consent to receive marketing messages, compliance with legal obligations, and a seller’s use of the personal information in their legitimate interests (improving their services, for example). Throughout this privacy policy, I will explain where and why I rely on these different legal bases
WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT:
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
• if necessary, to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by UK tax law; and
• as necessary for my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as:
(a) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and
(b) compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE:
The GDPR (2018) requires that I disclose the details of any personal information I share with third parties.
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and to comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies (i.e the USPS). I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. I also ship via Shipstation, a third party app, who is compliance with the GDPR (2018) regulations. Further, I may share your reviews with my shop on Shopify product pages, through my Facebook pages, through Instagram or other social media that you have left for me through Etsy.
• Business Transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:
(a) respond to legal process or to government requests;
(b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies;
(c) prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or
(d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others.
DATA RETENTION:
The GDPR (2018) requires me to disclose the period of time during which I will store personal information.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 10 years (this is a requirement of The Internal Revenue Service in the USA).
TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU:
GDPR (2018) requires me to disclose whether I transfer personal information outside of the USA and the legal bases I rely upon in order to do so, such as consent and contractual necessity.
The only circumstance in which I would transfer personal information out of the United States of America would be for delivery purposes through trustworthy services such as the USPS or similar postal services.
Any other information will only be held by Etsy itself, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, Shipstation, Google Analytics, and for that purpose you should refer to their Privacy Policies.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of or delete your personal information. Apart from in case of exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• Object. You can object to:
(a) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests; and
(b) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them.
In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU or are a citizen of the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best way to write on my puzzle pieces?
We specially purchase a very light colored 100% recycled board for our customers, specifically for our Wedding Puzzles. It is a light grey/white color and pens and markers are easily readable. We do offer options on the backing of the puzzle so we've made suggestions based on your choice of backing.
REGULAR BACKING: If you are writing on the back of a puzzle piece with our regular backing we recommend that you use a medium-point pen, such as a ballpoint pen. Puzzles are porous and markers may bleed.
WHITE BACKING: We recommend that you write with medium point pens, as puzzles are porous. Sharpie markers with a medium/large tip work very well and look amazing when complete.
Please avoid gel pens and fine-tipped writing instruments.
ADDING A PHOTO TO THE ORDER:
If you have purhased a puzzle with a photo, here are the steps that will guide you through the process.
1. Choose a photo that is print-ready, has the proper resolution and has been cropped to fit into the size of the puzzle that you purchased.
2. Upload the image to Etsy using the "Attach Image" button at the bottom of the conversation box. If you have difficulties, contact us.
We usually print immediately or within an hour when we receive your photo so be sure to carefully upload your desired photo.
SENDING A PROPER PRINT-READY PHOTO
A great puzzle starts with a great photo. We have many requests from customers to check photos but occasionally it is not possible for us to do because of order volume, such as the Holiday Season, It is always recommended to send us the highest resolution possible when ordering and to have the image cropped to size prior to submission.
CELL PHONE PHOTOS: Your photo file from a cell phone should be downloaded as "Actual or Original" size for the best results.
HIGH-RESOLUTION photos from a professional photographer are always preferred.
CHECK THE IMAGE: Right-click into the image, scroll down to Properties, then look at dpi and pixels. DPI 96 recommended. PIXELS 1000+ are minimums for up to 16x20 inches. 3MB files for 20x30 inches.
How to assemble a Numbered Puzzle
First, place a piece of cardboard or a cookie tray on a table, as this is what you will assemble your puzzle on. You will need to flip the puzzle over after you assemble and this is the easiest way to achieve this once assembled.
Next, turn all of the puzzle pieces so that the back is facing up. You should have the numbers facing you and all to the bottom right-hand corner. When we number our puzzles, we number in the bottom right-hand corner of the piece in numerical order.
Now you are ready to assemble. Simply take each piece and go in numerical order, making sure that the numbers are all in the bottom right-hand corner of the piece. That's it! Carefully flip the puzzle when complete and enjoy...
Why you should purchase your puzzle from us. Helpful hints on choosing a quality puzzle company.
Not all puzzles are created equal. Don't be fooled by the price of a puzzle or the impressive piece count that is listed. Some companies give the industry a very bad name with their terrible product, thin board and poor print.
What to look for:
* Look at the size of the finished puzzle vs. the piece count. Is that 500 piece puzzle only 4x6 inches or does it have a finished size of 16x20 inches? Many companies hide their finished size in order to trick buyers into believing that they are getting a giant puzzle, only to find that they are getting a small puzzle with a billion small pieces. If the finished size isn't listed, ASK. Quality companies list their finished sizes and don't try to hide this detail.
*Thick puzzles are best!
MINIMUM Recommended Resolution for Photo Submissions
The following are the MINIMUM recommended resolutions based upon finished sizes of puzzles. As always, the higher the resolution, the better the puzzle.
4x6 puzzles: 640x480 pixels minimum with 72 dpi
8x10 puzzles: 636x1024 pixels with 72 dpi
16x20 puzzles: 1600x1200 with 72 dpi
20x30 puzzles: 2048x1536 with 72 dpi
Pixels can be checked by right-clicking into the photo, scrolling down to the Properties section, then looking at the pixels. The dpi that is higher than 72 will produce a better photo with the need for fewer pixels. Remember, these are MINIMUM recommendations.
You can also check some of the listing photos for suggested resolution guides that will tell you how your photo will turn out based on size and submission.
How To Store Your Puzzle
Puzzles contain cardboard materials and should always be stored in a cool and dry place. Moisture, humidity, and sunshine are not a puzzles friend and should be avoided. If you are hanging a puzzle, please keep it out of direct sunlight. If storing your puzzle in a box, please avoid moist areas.
