Can I return herbs and botanicals?

Unfortunately no, because I can no longer guarantee their purity, and they fall under non-returnable perishable goods. This helps protect all my customers.

I'm in the US. Will I have any extra tariffs or duties to pay when my order arrives?

No, all orders to the US are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Your full cost is shown at checkout and you will have no surprises on delivery. Cross border shipments are sent via USPS and will arrive with your regular mail.
