Hellooooo, my lovely! Welcome to The Little Shop of Wonders!
During this shop season you will find new art and brief comeback of prints that were in the Magic Vault. Do grab a magical potion and a snack as you browse around.
🌸 The shop sale runs from April 27th until May 20th. It will go back into holiday mode once all orders are shipped.
🌸 Every order above 44 euros (excl. shipping) will get an extra bookmark.
🌸 Orders are processed as they come in and shipped on Wednesday & Friday. (Please know that I'm a one-woman show with the occasional help; your patience is so appreciated.)
🌸 Messages are answered within 1-2 working days.
🌸 If you're a newsletter lovely or patron, make sure you look for your special code.
🌸 This is the final season that my prices will stay like this. So I hope you're able to take advantage of this!
Below I have some extra general info and as always, I hope you’re ready to browse & collect your goodies! I know this text is a bit long, it has the most important bits and it will save you time looking for my policies, haha.

= GENERAL TIDBITS =
- Orders are shipped on Wednesday and Friday.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
- If you have any questions, I’m just a dm away. I’ll get back to you within 1-2 days.
- If a listing sells out, it won’t be restocked. This also goes for prints.
- Please read the listings carefully.
- The colors on the actual prints and bookmarks can vary slightly from the scan version you see online.
- Quick shop updates will be given on IG @tjlubrano. With any bigger ones I will send out a newsletter as well.
= SHIPPING & MORE =
In all the years that I have shipped out goodies, I haven’t experienced many hiccups and I’m SO grateful for that. Orders are packaged up with utmost care. Untracked shipping has proven to be very good and reliable. With the occasional super long delay or lost package, either I’ve re-send it or a partial refund is given.
About potential refunds.
I hope you can understand that given the nature of this season, I’m not in the position to give back a full refund if something happens to your order. By ordering, you are agreeing to be okay with a partial refund of just the goodies, if something happens.
If you’d like e.g different bookmarks as replacement, please know that shipping has to be paid again.
BUT. Like I said. I haven’t experienced tons of hiccups with shipping out my orders as I always send it out with good energy and yes, I do ask the Gods of Shipping to guard your order till you have it, haha.
= UNTRACKED OR TRACKED SHIPPING? =
Most lovelies choose untracked, but if you know that post & handling are a bit messy at the moment for your country, please use your discernment when collecting goodies and opt for tracked shipping. I have no insights in the transit when it’s untracked. I’m not responsible for any delays, damages or additional fees that might occur because of this.
Places I’m unfortunately not shipping to due to packages constantly getting lost: Mexico
= About the bookmarks.=
All orders with bookmarks are final. This is because of a lot of designs I don’t have a lot left. If something happens with your order, it is always possible to choose replacement from the designs that I have left. Please know shipping has to be paid again before I reship it.
= Where’s my art going? =
Even though my shop is changing, my art is still available via Patreon. Every month a new exclusive magical design is created. You're always welcome to try it out for a month!

It’s bittersweet that the shop is shifting and changing, but I’m SO looking forward to the newness of what I’ll do. It’s scary to grow beyond what I’ve known so far, but I’m excited to create more magic for you in a different way.

~ SHIPPING CHANGES DUE TO CORONA VIRUS (2020) ~
***Current state is that shipping can be delayed up to 8 weeks if it's shipped untracked***
Due to the virus, there's been a lot of delays and reroutes, even for tracked shipping.
As of writing this, July 2020, there are no intense reroutes to the majority of the countries I ship too. The only issue we face is a longer transit time for the magic mail when it's shipped untracked. Express shipping gets priority, so untracked post will be processed last.
A lot can happen during transit and I don't have the capacity to refund orders if they haven't arrived after 8 weeks. But I'm more than willing to resend your order if you're repurchasing (hopefully upgrade to tracked) shipping.
But please just message me if the 8 weeks are over and your order hasn't shown up yet. We can check what we can do then. For now the possible options are either resend the order or do a partial refund.
I do trust that the customer knows the post situation in their country a bit better than the updates I get from PostNL and choose the shipping accordingly. Thank you so much! <3

~ POST COMPANY & SHIPPING COSTS ~
Everything is shipped with PostNL International. I try to keep the shipping as low as possible and the most affordable way of shipping means no tracking.
PostNL is one of the most used post companies in the Netherlands and it's reliable. Of course there's the occasional package that gets lost in transit when it arrives in the destination country, but I haven't had this happen very that often.
There's a tracked shipping option upon check-out, but it is the customer's responsibility to decide whether this is the safest way to go.
Tracked shipping is for letters and mail that fits in a mailbox, no bigger packages (shipping for these are higher). So please choose tracked shipping if your country is know for frequently losing packages. I will take a closer look at new shipping options soon!
Everything is carefully wrapped and shipped in a sturdy envelope.
~ SHIPPING TIMES (before the virus outbreak) ~
Estimated time for Europe is 4-6 days. For the States it's between 8-11 days and Asia/Latin America it can take 2-3 weeks. I don't generally want to ship to P.O. boxes as so far I've had the most issues with packages not arriving then.
Do keep in mind that it can always take a few days longer as these are just estimates and it can always take a bit longer as I can't control the custom policies in your country.
If you want insurance included or an Express delivery, please contact me.
~ CUSTOM TAXES etc. ~
The customer is responsible for any extra duties and custom charges that may occur when the package is shipped. I ship everything as 'gift', but sometimes Customs is just a pain in the butt.
Also, do double check your address, because I can’t do a thing if the wrong address is provided and I'm not in the position to give back refunds. So please, please double check the address you provide to me or that's connected to your Paypal. I copy/paste this exactly.

Rush Orders: If you have a rush order, do contact me. The order won't be going via Etsy as you can decide whether you want to go through with it after I send you an estimate. If you agree, I will send an invoice via Paypal.
