Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
All wings and costumes are made to order so customizing is pretty easy! Just let me know what you'd like via a convo or in the 'notes to seller' section. Need a bird or magical creature you don't see, just ask! Custom orders are final.
Sizing details
The sizes I provide are in two measurements: inches from wing tip to wing tip and the general age in which they should fit. Every body is different (yay!) let me know if you might need larger or smaller elastics or have any sizing questions.
Care instructions
Wings are all machine wash cold and dry low, you can also spot clean as needed! I recommend hand washing masks and horns as the stitching is a little bit more delicate.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Costume sets and wings are mailed in poly mailers and wrapped in brown paper. I can add a simple card if you would like just let me know in the 'notes to seller' section what it should say!
