What are grades? (A, B, C, B/C?)

Grades are basically levels, and each grade decides how much each item will cost! Everything described below is, “only if applicable” :

*All enamel pins will be graded without regard to their back, unless it is wobbly/unstable.

A Grade:
⭐️ Highest quality in stock!
- Faint scratches
- Itty bitty dots
- Underfilling of enamel
- Glitter may be slightly uneven
- Minor warping of plastic/textures

B Grade:
⭐️ Second best quality!
- All of the above, but may be more noticeable
- Small holes
- Small dust specs
- Slight discoloration
- More noticeable warping
- Small thread bits peeking through embroidery

C Grade:
⭐️ Third best quality!
- All of the above, but may be more noticeable
- Missing enamel
- Slightly discolored metal
- Small tears

When will my item be shipped?

Preorder items may take up to 2-4 months, while they get funded! I ask for your patience if you order one, you can keep updated on any progress by following my Instagram where I am most active (@ttalgipins). Instocks may take up to one week, but I try to ship them out as soon as I possibly can!

Does your shipping include tracking?

Yes, any shipping option you choose has tracked shipping!

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?

I do not take responsibility for lost packages. I’m super sorry, but if your package gets lost in the mail then there’s absolutely nothing I can do. I’m so sorry.

Do you give out freebies?

I do! I give out paper stars for every order, preorder or not ^^ For preorder freebies, it depends, but I try to give out free stickers OR a free drawcard!

When do you ship?
