Can I get a digital print?
Please send me a custom order if you'd like to get any of my listed prints as a digital printable file.
How can I track my package?
Every order tracking should be visible directly on Etsy. If you can't see it, head to www.ceskaposta.cz and enter the tracking number visible on your order. If you have troubles viewing it, message me - I will look it up for you and let you know what's currently happening to the package.
What type of gift wrapping is available?
For gift wrapping I use pink silk paper topped with natural jute ribbon. I wil also add a small charm dangling from the bow, either an angel wing or a star depending on the order contents. Before I wrap the items up I sprinkle a few glitter stars inside. If you want a brown wrapping paper instead of the pink silk one, please let me know in the order notes.
Why does it take several days to ship an order?
Since I work almost every day from 7 am to 5 pm and our local post office has almost the same opening hours, I can only get there on days when my shift is slightly shorter - Mondays and Wednesdays. Ocassionally I will visit the post office during the weekend if my mental health and time allows.
