5 out of 5 starsItem is beautiful! Just as described. Kudos to this shipper for quick shipping and for using degradable peanuts to pack the piece instead of styrofoam! Item was packed very securely....there was no way it was going to get broken in shipment!

What if my item arrives damaged due to shipping?
If your item(s) arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the damage and contact me right away. I will gladly refund your entire purchase price as well as shipping. In the case of a damaged piece to a set, I will provide return shipping or a partial refund depending on the situation & of course your complete satisfaction.
What if I need an item shipped out ASAP?
If you need an item shipped out ASAP, just message me. Let me know you're in a time crunch and I'll do all I can to get your item packed and shipped pronto. This applies to evening orders that you would like to get out the next morning or Saturday shipments as well. I am happy to accommodate any special requests if I am able to do so.
