•If your sweater doesn’t fit I offer free returns for a full refund, or will exchange any unused sweater for the correct size - you’ll just have to cover shipping and any price difference if necessary. Use the size guide or send me a message before purchasing to make sure you’re choosing the right size!
•SWEATER SIZE MATTERS. Sizes are described in each listing. To ensure a proper fit, compare the width and height measurements of your vape to the sizes listed. If you're not sure what size sweater you need, check out the Size Guide listing or send me a message with your vape brand & model! If you need a larger size sweater than the ones readily available, please send me a message! Sweaters can be made for even the biggest vapes!
•Ready-to-ship sweaters are organized by thematic "collections" that each include sweaters in different sizes and colors. Browse the collections to find a sweater that is perfect for you or get inspiration for your own one-of-a-kind sweater!

•Custom & made-to-order sweaters are completed in the order I receive them. Turnaround time may vary but is usually 1-4 days. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout but only effect the way your package goes through the postal service, not the time it takes to be made and shipped.

What size sweater will fit my device?
VapeSweaters come in a set of standard sizes to fit a wide array of devices on the market. Each listing provides a brief size description of the sweaters listed, and a size guide is posted in the shop with more detailed descriptions and visual aids for each size. If you still have questions or don’t see a sweater that will fit your device, please send me a message! Your questions & custom orders help me develop new sizes, so don’t hesitate to ask!
How do I order a custom sweater for myself or a friend?
If you would like a custom sweater or a variation of something listed, please contact me before purchasing anything! Let me know what kind of device you have and what colors & buttons you’re interested in, and I’ll show you your options. Check out the Size Guide and Yarn Colors & Buttons listings to make it even easier. Once we’ve agreed on the specifications of your sweater, I will knit it up for you, send a photo for your approval, and create a private listing for you to purchase it from.
How long does it take to receive my order?
•Ready-to-ship sweaters ship within 24-48 hours and usually take 2-5 days to arrive.
•Custom sweaters usually take me 1-3 days to complete.
Please note that custom sweaters are made in the order I receive them so during busier times your sweater may take 4-7 days to complete. I'll keep you updated if it's going to take me longer than originally expected.
