Welcome to my creative online shop.

VATINEL is my line of handmade bags. Every item has been designed and made by me, in my studio in Athens, Greece.

Returns & exchanges

Payment

Payment must be received within 3 days of order.
Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
I will send you a reminder before cancelling.

We accept Paypal and credit cards recognized by Paypal.

If you choose to pay with a credit card, select 'Paypal' upon check out. You don't need a paypal account to pay with a credit card.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. All items are sent via registered mail with a tracking number which will be provided to you by email.

Estimated arrival dates:
Europe: within 7 days
Outside of Europe: 10 to 30 days

For the rest of the world please contact us to inform you about shipping cost and time frame.
All registered packages need to be signed upon receipt.

Unless otherwise stated the item in the picture is a sample and you will receive either this same item or an item custom made. For custom orders we need 8 to 10 days to make your order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or fees that may be incurred by shipments outside of the European Union.

Make sure your shipping address listed with your Paypal account is the correct one.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within the expected time frame.

Additional policies and FAQs

We offer a gift wrap option and can send gifts directly to a third party. Please do contact us.

Do not wash the bags only clean with a damp cloth. You can also dry clean them (leather bags excepted).

Regarding leather bags, it is not always possible to find the same texture and color of leather for custom orders, so it might differ a little bit from the photo. We try to purchase the most similar material.
