Vaya Bags is a small, woman-owned and operated company, based in Queens, NY. Since 2005, Tianna Meilinger has worked to create products tailored to the needs of people looking for dependable, functional bags while maintaining a dedication to using recycled and sustainable materials.
At our workshop, we hand-make our bags and accessories out of as many recycled materials as possible. Some of these include recycled bike tube and recycled sailboat canvas. We combine these with rugged industrial textiles to create bags designed to withstand everyday abuse while still maintaining comfort and style.
Our goal at Vaya Bags is to create durable, functional but also fashionable and unique items, individually designed to fit the needs of our customers. We are happy to work directly with you to help create your perfect bag.
