Is shipping always free?
Yes to all matted prints and prints. US domestic shipping is always free.
However, the 2 postcard sets (set of 6 and set of 12) will incur shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we sure do! Even though domestic shipping is free for matted prints and prints, all international shipping will have additional shipping costs.
What will I receive in the package?
- If you have purchased a matted print:
Each order will include an acid-free, bevel cut white mat, the image printed on ultra premium matte paper, a backing board, and a clear sleeve bag. Frame is not included.
- If you have purchased a print:
Each order will include image measuring 8" x 10" on ultra premium matte paper measuring 8.5" x 11". The print will be protected by cardstock in the back, inside a sealed clear sleeve bag.
- If you have purchased a postcard set:
Each order will include the number of postcards you have ordered (6 or 12), packed in a protective clear sleeve bag.
All items are mailed in rigid mailer for extra protection.
Do matted prints come with a frame?
No, they do not come with a frame; we understand that our customers have various decoration styles and needs.
An acid-free, bevel cut white mat will be included for your framing convenience.
How long before my order gets shipped?
For matted prints, prints, and postcard sets, our orders ship within 1-3 business days from the day you place the order.
Custom orders vary in processing time depending on the complexity of the ask. Please reach out to me to work out the exact timing.
