Frequently asked questions
Will my order have a tracking number?
For standard shipping I use the Global Letter System (Economy Air) therefore tracking numbers are currently only available as an upgrade. If you choose standard shipping your order will NOT come with tracking, this also includes the fact that the package and items will also not have insurance.
Item(s) not arriving on time
Please note that I do ship from Australia, for overseas customers this would mean that it can take up to 2 - 4 weeks for your items to get to you and for domestic customers its between 3 -10 days.
Packages that are travelling overseas are also subjected to custom checks, this can also slow down the process of the items getting to you.
Packages for domestic customers are not considered lost until 21 days have past, for overseas customers the item will be considered lost if it has not reached you within 41 days.
Return Policy & Lost Items
All purchases are made final! Kindly understand that I do not accept returns unless the item you've received are lost or damaged in transit. Please contact me ad I will be happy to refund you or send you a new item. However, if you order is lost during to entering the wrong address, moving, item was sent through standard shipping etc., shipping fee WILL be charged for resending your order and/or refund
Damaged Items
The customer will have to provide proof of the item damaged on arrival with a clear photograph.
I will usually offer to replace the item or refund the item if the damage makes the items unsalvageable.
Items are replaceable/refundable only 1 week upon the customer receiving the items. After the 1 week is up I am no longer held accountable to any damaged done to the items therefore no returns or exchanges are allowed
There are scratch marks on my charms?
All charms come with a protective film on both sides! The marks are usually just damage done to the protective film and not the charm itself. Once the protective film is removed the charm should be as good as new!

Free Shipping
Free shipping is only currently available for Domestic (Australia) and US buyers.
Free shipping does NOT include tracking, please be mindful of this as packages lost to a free shipping upgrade means you will have to pay a shipping fee if you would like the package again.
For Australian buyers, you will eligible for free shipping if you spend $50AUD or more use CODE: FREESHIPPING at checkout
For US buyers you will be eligible for free shipping on orders of $35USD or more. (COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the suspension of International Economy Air packages, free shipping to the US will be on hold for now)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19
Australia post has now suspended Economy Air packages to some countries, ALL international packages now include tracking, international customers will not be required to select the tracking option at checkout.
There has beem some delays regarding international shipping with
STANDARD being between 2-5 weeks and EXPRESS 4-6 days
Domestic package are expected to be on time as usual with some minor delays
My tracking number says my order has been delivered but it has not arrived?
Sometimes Etsy's tracking is a little fickle, I've been notified of a bug that happens when a package is rescheduled for pick up that it would be marked off as 'delivered.' Please disregard this as this is a mistake!
Instead, please refer to the postal company that I've sent it with (either Sendle or AusPost) and input your tracking number on their website, that should give you a more accurate reading on where your parcel is at! :)
