We accept payment via PayPal and credit or debit cards. If an order isn’t paid for within 2 business days, it will be canceled and the items will be made available for purchase. Orders are shipped after the payment has gone through.

Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Packages will be shipped United States First Class mail with tracking.

For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package is refused, there is no refund or exchange on the item. Packages are usually delivered within a period of 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination, shipping volume, and weather conditions. Packages shipping during holiday seasons may take longer.

We offer layaway plans for items or orders that total $100 or more. A 25% deposit is required upfront to reserve an item. This deposit is nonrefundable. Layaway terms of 1-3 months are available. If the item or order totals more than $500, please contact us for custom layaway plans. Once you make the initial payment, you are committing to the terms of the layaway.

You may pay each of the payments at any time during the month in which the payment is due. However, if you don’t make all of your payments within the agreed upon period of time, you forfeit your deposit, the reserve will be canceled, and the item relisted. All purchases made via a layaway plan are final--no refunds or exchanges.

As stated previously, we accept returns when notified within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the item is shipped back within 30 days.

We will happily refund the full cost of the item being returned. Please note that this does not include the return shipping or cost of shipping which is added on to the item price at checkout.
