Yes, we can customize the size of almost anything we offer. Please message us first for a custom quote as we price based on material used.

The standard cut of our decals stick to the outside of the glass. If you would like your decal to stick to the inside of the glass, please type "mirrored cut" in the notes at checkout.

We cut our decals from rolls of vinyl so we are limited to what the manufacturer creates. There are some colors we may not currently have so feel free to ask. We are not able to match logo or Pantone colors since our decals are not printed.

We can use virtually any font that is commercially available. We have a lot more fonts than we list but obviously not all of them. You can send us a link from a free font site (if it's not a common font like Helvetica or Times New Roman that everyone has). If you need a paid font, you can either purchase and send to us or we can add that cost to your order.

We try our best not to make any money off shipping. An 8 ounce package currently cost around $3.50 to ship. We use brand new boxes that cost about a dollar a piece, then packing tape and paper for instructions which is how we get to our shipping cost usually around $5 dollars.

We have to tell Etsy how big a box is needed for each decal. For example a 36" x 10" decal will fit in our 12"x4"x4" box. If you order two 36" x 10" decals Etsy doesn't realize they can both go in the same box and not really take up much space. Etsy thinks we need a 24"x4"x4" box, or even worse, two boxes to ship two decals. So sometimes Etsy may automatically charge you for two labels worth or extra weight that isn't needed. We will gladly refund any overages for shipping once your actual label has been created and we get the true shipping cost.

We are officially licenses by the University of Oklahoma to cut decals with their branding and trademarks. Each school requires us to purchase their licensing so we cannot afford to purchase every school. It is possible we could purchase the license for your school if you have a specific project but licenses usually run around $100 - $150 dollars that would add to the cost of your project.

Personalized orders will receive a digital proof prior to being cut. We require approval before we can cut your customized order. We will first send a message through Etsy and if we do not hear back from you we will directly message the email account you used to place your order.

All decals are custom cut from our material after you make a purchase. No matter if you order custom, or something with no customization at all, that decal is only for you.
We had to turn off refunds because a few people would just changed their minds a week after they received their decals... after we were out our labor cost, our material cost, and shipping costs for something that cannot be resold.
We always take care of our customers and if you have a legitimate issue with your order we will help you anyway possible, which might even mean a refund. But we can no longer accept returns and be out all the time and money it takes to produce our products without a legitimate reason or issue with the product.

We used to ship invoices (receipts) with every order. But our invoices are the same invoice you can print once you purchase your order. We now save the time, trees, and extra shipping weight of including the invoice in the shipping box. If you need a printed invoice with your order, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.
