✧ What materials do you use?
I use high-quality materials sourced from all over the world — including natural gemstones, crystals, stainless steel, brass, and plated or gold-filled components. All of my materials are lead-free, nickel-free, and hypoallergenic, so they’re safe for sensitive skin. Each listing includes detailed info about the specific components used, so be sure to check the description for more!
✧ How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces shining bright, avoid water, lotions, and perfumes. Store them in a dry spot (like a pouch or box) and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Treat them with care — they’re made with love and a little magic. Each purchase also comes with a Jewelry Care Card.
✧ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I want you to love your new jewelry! If something isn’t quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can work it out. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
