From the time an order will be shipped the arrival time is 2-3 working days for the large majority of countries worldwide.

A Tracking Number for all the orders is provided with security and confidence about the optimal package delivery.

We aim to a quick and secure shipping, as also delivery, that should be expected.

-Customs Duties and Taxes: There are no additional fees (import tax, customs duty, or other taxes) for customers from the USA, European Union, and Australia. Rarely custom fee could be applied on UK and Canada.

Customers from other countries please note that your local government may impose import duties on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please note that the shipping costs and taxes you may pay on ETSY do not include any import duty fees that your country may apply. Those fees are presented during delivery and not during checkout.

-Remote Countries:

Dear customers, if you are located in a remote country or area we will ship your package with Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) due to high shipping charges from couriers.

Delivery times are subject to change a little during busy holiday seasons.

-Shipping Time

We create all of our products especially for each customer. We need about 3-5 working days to have an item from an order created and shipped. We ship our products from Monday to Friday and always notify our customers about the shipping event.

Our products are exclusively made in Greece by specialized Greek Desingers via high quality genuine leather, mainly calfskin, carefully selected from Greece and Italy.
