5 out of 5 starsI can't express how happy I am with the work that Kelly did for me! I am clueless about graphic design and she took the extra time to explain some necessary information to me. She took the design that I had and not only cleaned it up into the format I needed, she also adjusted the design itself so that it'd be easiest to print! (I plan to use the design on tumblers, posters and odd items as well). AND IT LOOKS GORGEOUS!!!! She was kind and quick to respond. She was so easy to work with and communicate with even though I wasn't sure how to describe what I needed! I asked her only to turn my design into a vectored file and she exceeded my expectations by doing so much more than that including sending me an entire zip file of my design in every format imaginable! I can't wait to work with her again!!

What if I can't get my downloads to work?
Please make sure that you read all instructions and that you have a way to unzip downloaded files. You will most likely need a computer. The files I create are high-quality, therefore I have to zip them in order to make the file size small enough for automatic downloads. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the policies which also includes that I cannot accept returns on digital files. I DO guarantee that the files will work, so if you run into an issue with an odd occurrence of something strange happening when you try to download or open the files, please contact me through Etsy.
Can you create digital designs with my brand colors?
Sure! If you see a design in my shop that you like but you just need to change the colors, send me a message and I'll give you a quote before we proceed.
I need a logo from scratch. Can you help me?
Probably! It depends on my current commitments at the time you contact me. For custom logos from scratch, I will send you a questionnaire so that I can understand your needs. I'll also give you a quote and time frame for when you can expect the first round of concepts. For logo designs from scratch, I will need a minimum of 2 weeks and possibly more depending on my other work load. If it's a rush, we might be able to work something out with an additional rush fee, so just message me and we'll figure out what's possible.
