Jewelry Care Tips:

- Be careful when using perfumes, lotions, or sprays while wearing your plated jewelry for they can ruin or strip the finish.

- Don’t wear your jewelry while swimming, exercising, showering, or sleeping.

-All Plated Jewelry is not intended for extended everyday wear. It's advised to take this jewelry off when doing the activities stated above.

- After each wear, gently clean your jewelry with a dry soft cloth.

- If you do clean your jewelry with water be sure to dry it well before storing it.

- Store it in a low humidity environment, it is not advised to store your jewelry in a bathroom that has a shower. Use a jewelry box, the box provided with your order, or a small jewelry bag.

We do not accept returns on worn earrings due to hygienic reasons. If you have a problem with your order contact me within 24hrs of receiving your package.

We do not accept forced returns for it is against Etsy policy. This means we must communicate and agree on the terms of the return before you send me anything.

We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the item is returned with any loss of value (I.e. damaged or worn.)

We do not refund any shipping to or from. This means the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

You are required to return all original material (i.e. Boxes, cards, free items, etc.

We do not do repairs.

All photography and images are also copyright and legal property to Wear Aura LLC or we have obtained the right to use images from our production partners.

Gift Package:
All items come beautifully packaged in a box and are ready to give as a gift.

If you would like each item in its own box or certain pieces together in their own box please leave me a note in the message box when you check out. Otherwise, each piece will be sent in the same box.

Photographs of our current packaging are available on the listings that include this kind of box.

The only items that do not come in gift boxes are large oddly shaped items like our crystals and massage tools. All Jewelry comes in a box.
