My name is Yejide and I am the designer and creator of this unique ensemble of products. The moniker, BALANCE is in honor of my mother who is a fine artist, writer and a a Libra and my father who was a great provider, artist and Taurus. As a couple, they were BALANCE! They've always encouraged and cultivated my creativity and nurtured my expansive yearning for knowledge in the fine, culinary and performing arts.

This collection is a labor of love! Creating with my hands is not only relaxing but therapeutic. To beautify the public is just an added joy! I chose to develop and uplift the spiritual (internal) beauty with these physical (external) adornments. I purposely use different shapes, colors, textures, materials and my imagination to design these items for all to wear and use, proudly! BALANCE is Bold, Aesthetic, Love-based, Ancestral, Non-conforming, Colorful & Eclectic! Not to mention, original, healthy and organic!

BALANCE facial & body scrubs, hair pomades, hair conditioners and face & body butters are made with raw cocoa, aloe, mango, kokum & shea butters, fresh aloe vera, doTERRA essential oils, natural carrier oils & homegrown or wildcrafted herbs & flowers. Products are all plant based and packaged in biodegradable, sustainable, recycled materials, compliments of EcoEnclose.

The definition of Balance is 'mental & emotional stability; bodily poise; figuratively, the scale by which deeds & principles are weighed and destinies determined...' The mantra...
