We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Etsy gift cards as payment.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you would like to cancel your order please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order, as after this time your order will have been processed and may have already been dispatched.

If you cancel your order after this time, we cannot refund you shipping costs.

SHIPPING:

UK:
All orders to the UK will be posted via Royal Mail Second Class post. Tracking is not offered as standard and if you would like to upgrade your order to tracked, please message us before placing your order.

With orders sent within the UK, once it has been dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you have not received your item after 7 working days, please contact us as we will be happy to assist.


OVERSEAS (including EU):
All orders to be posted overseas (including the EU) will be posted via International Standard post. Tracking is not offered as standard and if you would like to upgrade your order to tracked, please message us before placing your order.

With orders sent outside the UK (including EU), once it has been dispatched, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you have not received your item after 15 working days, please contact us as we will be happy to assist.


CUSTOM CHARGES:
Items sent outside the UK may incur custom charges and we are not responsible for any charges that may become payable.

You as the buyer are responsible for any custom charges/taxes/fees that may apply to your country.


IMPORTANT:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when ordering. Buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if an order is not received or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you accidentally provide the wrong address when ordering, please message us as soon as possible.

We use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

- Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Business transfers. If we sell or merge my business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce out agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

DATA RETENTION:
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

YOUR RIGHTS:
