Orders will typically ship within 3-5 days, M-F excluding holidays. If you need something in a specific time frame please keep this in mind. Several shipping upgrades are available to you at checkout. Use the drop down menu on the checkout page.
Please check individual listings for estimated delivery dates.
Orders will only be canceled if requested within 24 hrs of placing the order. After that they will be shipped and it will up to the customer to return within the 7 day period for a refund.

**PLEASE NOTE: USPS MAY EXPERIENCE TRANSIT DELAYS. WHO I AM DESIGNS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNEXPECTED USPS DELAYS (IN THE RARE EVENT DELAYS HAVE HAPPENED, THEY HAVE RANGED FROM 1-8 WEEKS). FOR THIS REASON, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES AND ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Q: "What happens if I do not receive my order due to a postal delay?" or "I need my order by a specific date...will it arrive on time?"
A: The USPS has experienced occasional transit delays. Unfortunately, for this reason, we cannot guarantee transit time/delivery-by dates. It is important to keep this possibility in mind when ordering, as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements due to postal delays. If your order has been delayed in transit for more than 8 weeks, please contact us and let us know so we can contact USPS and offer a resolution.
