All orders are shipped in either bubble wrapped lined packages or are wrapped in bubble wrap in a polymailer/box. All jewelry and small accessories come with a jewelry box.

Every order is videotaped from crafting to shipping for security reasons!

International orders can not be refunded for any reason, we are sorry!

Domestic orders refunds :
- if the tracking does not show “delivered” after 30 days from last scan.

Refunds are not given for any other reason!

We do sell Wholesale! Please send a custom request to us and we will let you know if we are able to fill your request. Wholesale orders can not go over 20 items at a time for now. We will be able to allow more items as we purchase new materials.

Our prices vary depending on the item.

We normally get orders made and shipped within 1-2 business days. We will let you know if your order will take more than two business days to ship!

We only ship Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays.

Once we ship, we are no longer in control of your package! Shipping may take time depending on where you live. Packages may take 2-14 business days, some even taking as long as 3-4 weeks.

International orders - buyers are responsible for any customs fees your country may charge you with!

Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing! If the order has been shipped already, it is up to you to re-route it through usps to get it to you, including any fees they may charge to re-route.

International orders can not be exchanged for any reason, we are sorry!

Domestic orders exchanges :
- if your item is broken and you’d like an exchange instead of a refund, we will pay for you to ship the broken item back and once we receive it, we will ship out your new item.

Exchanges are not done for any other reason, we are sorry!

If you want to cancel your order, you may do so before it ships. If you cancel within 3 hours of purchase, you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel anytime after 3 hours, you will be issued a 75% refund, the 25% will be put towards any materials we have already used.

If you do not live in the USA - you take the risk of ordering.

We do not do refunds under ANY circumstances!

If you do not receive your order, please contact your post office. As tracking does not always show up after it leaves customs, we have no proof that it didn’t arrive. Therefore, no refund will be given.
