We can do a rush order but it will depend on what you are ordering and our current inventory. Please send us a message with what you will be ordering including colors and quantity, when you need them by and where you are shipping to. We will check our stock and let you know what we can do.

There is not an additional rush order charge but there may be an extra shipping charge if shipping needs to be upgraded to get it to you in time.

Yes, you can as long as the imprint color is the same for all of them. We can only print in one imprint color per design with the prices listed. Please make a note in the message to seller with colors and quantities ( sizes for shirts).

If you want multiple imprint (design) colors, there is an additional cost of $15 per color change. Please send us a message with the details of your order and we will set up a custom order for you to include this charge.

For screen printed orders (koozies, and shirts) you will receive a proof with your wording and fonts you picked. You will receive this within 1 business day of the order. You will then be able to make changes to the design. Orders will be completed once we have approval from the buyer for the proof.

If you would like a preview for a water bottle order please send me a message after you place the order or put a note on the order. If you request a preview, please look out for it. The order is on hold until you approve it.

Please make sure your email address is valid on the order. This is how we will communicate with you.

If you purchase less items than information given (names), you will receive a message with a link to a custom listing to purchase the rest of the items needed to complete your order. If the ship by date approaches and you haven't purchased the listing, the number of items purchased will be sent with the names starting from the bottom being left off.

If you purchase more, a message will be sent to see if names were left off by accident and if not then the extra items purchased will be refunded.

These are nice. When I ordered them the proof was sent very quickly which I was very happy about. The expected delivery date was a range of 9-10 days. Because the proof came so fast I assumed they would arrive on the earlier end. When I hadn’t heard from the seller I contacted them to see when they would be shipped. I was told they wouldn’t be shipped until days before we were leaving for our son’s wedding. To get them to ship the items quicker, so I knew I would get them before we left, I needed to pay an additional $30.00 in shipping costs. I was disappointed.

You put a date on the order for your event but then reached out a little over a week prior to check in on the order and said you needed them at least 6 days prior to the event date put on the order. At that point the order needed to be rushed and shipping upgraded to get them to you in time. The order would have arrived a few days prior to your event with the ship by date and standard shipping. If you need an order before the last delivery date shown (or in this case before the ship by date given ) please reach out prior to ordering to make sure they can arrive in time.
