A rough guide to wrist sizes:
12-14 cm (5-5 1/2 inch) child
15 cm
16 cm (6 1/2 inch) average woman
17 cm
18 cm average man
19 cm (7 1/2 inch)

It's always best to send me wrist measurements if possible. I will make your bracelet slightly bigger than your wrist measurement.

Sizes given in inches are approximate conversions of the size in centimetres and are usually given to the nearest 1/2 inch. If you require more accurate sizing or advice on choosing the correct size, please get in touch. Whenever possible I will resize your item before shipping if necessary.

If you have any questions or see something you like, but need it in a different size, colour or multiples, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Bracelets will come wrapped in lovely white tissue paper or a small cotton drawstring bag.
Pendants, chains and earrings come in a slim Chalso gift box as standard. Larger items come wrapped in white tissue paper.
Sterling silver items will be accompanied by an anti-tarnish storage bag.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date, please let me know. I can arrange Express delivery at an additional cost.

Most items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class or International Tracked, this does not however guarantee delivery and very occasionally items do go missing. If your item has not arrived after 15 business days from posting for UK orders or 25 business days for international orders, please let me know and I will do everything I can to resolve the matter.

To clean, rinse with warm water and pat dry.

For silver items, clean gently and regularly with a silver polishing cloth, these are available in my shop if you need one https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/268714810/
The best way to keep your silver looking at its best is to wear it regularly. However, if you are storing your silver long term, use an air tight bag with an anti-tarnish tab (usually provided with your order) to keep your silver shiny for longer.

Please remove all Chalso jewellery before bathing, swimming, going to the gym or participating in sports and before bed.

Please do not give any Chalso jewellery to children under three years old.
