French vintage plum shaped studio pottery, 1970s rustic glazed ceramic pot with lid, primitive style decor,natural inspiration pottery

This amazing ceramic fruit wears wonderful glaze colours and iridescent sheen, its very simple stylized shape make this piece unique.

The lid directly cut in the shape is adorned with a stem in lieu of handle. 3 small feet keep the "pot" stable.

Perfect as a sugar bowl, this original fruit can be simply displayed alone or with a mix of other ceramics!
