Don’t waste your time or money! Placed the order, messaged seller as item hadn’t been sent & Etsy asked for a review. Seller stated hadn’t seen the order until my message, which was unusual. Said she would send them express delivery on the Tuesday, after the Easter bank holiday. One wk later I still haven’t received them, or heard from the seller, despite messaging them a few times. Even offered to wait for the Chanel biscuits but still never heard back. I’ve had to raise a dispute with Etsy to get my money back after ordering the biscuits 3 wks ago. Appalling customer service.
