Why do we not accept returns or exchanges?
We provide you with the safety of premium condition items and highest security of authenticity due to our training at Cartier and by having Cartier check the piece prior to our sale to you. You receive excellent quality Cartier from us at a lot less than retail. That is our commitment & responsibility.
Being sure it is the right style & size you need is a decision that we must leave for the individual customer to make prior to purchase. Please take the time to check your size requirement carefully and read the listing description of our items thoroughly. Information for the item is detailed in the listing to assist you in making a wise & happy purchase.

Sizing details
Please be certain of your ring size, especially if you are stacking rings. Stacked bands can require larger size to fit comfortably. If you are unclear about your current size please visit a local jeweler to have your ring size checked.
Shipping days
Shipping departs our location on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Orders placed on any of these days will leave the following shipping day (for example, and order placed on Monday will leave us on Wednesday).
