Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop :) I aim to produce hand crafted items through the use stitch and embroidery. These designs are usually fun, kitsch and little different to the average items you find on the high street.

Payment

I will only start making my items once payment has been received and as they are made to order (apart from my one of kind items) they will all have slight differences to the images you see on here. However, I will always strive to meet your requirements and requests and produce the best I can. Once payment has been received and construction has started I cannot offer a refund.

If for any reason I cannot complete your order, I will refund the amount you will have been charged.

However, always feel free to leave me a message if you are unsure of anything. :)

Delivery

I aim to ship my items within 1-2 weeks and I will send them 2nd class via the UK Post Office / Royal Mail (UK delivery destinations) which will be tracked to ensure delivery. They say they will aim to deliver the item within 3 working days (although once it is dispatched it is out of my control).

If you require a quicker shipping, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will work something out for you.

I will update the item to dispatched on your order once I have posted your item.

Items being sent elsewhere outside of the UK, the same process applies except I will be sending it as International tracked and signed, where they will aim to deliver within 5-7 working days, (again, once it has been sent, the delivery time is out of my control but please contact me if it takes longer than that suggested time and I will chase it up for you).
