We will always ship orders to the address given on Etsy. Please double check the address you enter is correct and let us know of any changes to be made BEFORE we have posted the item. We are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address and we are not liable to send the order again in this instance.

Yes, all UK post is sent by standard Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-4 Business Days). If you would like to upgrade postage to Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Business Days) you can do this at checkout (on the mobile app you may need to select the three dots at checkout to change delivery).
