There was a slight confusion with the proof initially, but Jo went completely above and beyond to resolve it quickly and made sure everything was sent out within just a few days so it arrived in time for the wedding. Her customer service was amazing and really took the stress out of the situation. We honestly couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend to anyone looking for elegant, high-quality wedding signage.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
This depends on:
• The items ordered
• When the order is placed
• The delivery location
• The shipping option chosen
To see an estimated delivery date (for an order placed today):
1. Add items to your basket (enter “x” in the personalisation fields for now, but update them before ordering).
2. Go through checkout to the ‘review your order’ page
3. Select a delivery method to see estimated dates and costs.
How long will my order take to produce?
The turnaround time for each item and the estimated arrival date is detailed in the 'Delivery & Return Policies' section on each listing. You can receive your order sooner by selecting express shipping at checkout.
Will you send me a proof?
Yes. Once we receive your order, we'll send you a digital copy of the print file to approve prior to print. No item is ever sent to print without approval of proof by the customer.
Can I see a proof before I order?
Sorry, no. We don't start work on any order until we have received payment.
Will you print my own artwork, or artwork from another designer?
That'a not something we offer sorry, however if you'd like to include a logo/crest in one of our designs, that should be possible - providing you have it in a suitable format. We may also be able to incorporate your fonts.
