Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds for digital items are non existent. Instant download can be automatically downloaded after payment and each customer has access anytime to them.
The custom names/monograms are also custom made for you and I can't offer refunds.
Please read the descriptions and understand the time and work that goes into each design. I are not responsible for any color change/ variation due to monitor and printer settings. All final files are offered in high quality .jpg and .pdf. I do my best to represent the colors as they will print.
Sizing details
Most instant downloads are made in 8x10", but I also have 4x6" or 11x14". Please read the item details.
All items can be made smaller.
If you want a larger size, please contact me before placing the order and if I can change the size format I will set up a custom order for you.
Custom and personalized orders

Files availability
