We swiftly process and ship your orders within 1-2 working days; in the rare event of unavailability or a slight delay, we'll promptly inform you.
Domestic orders are dispatched via DHL and should be with you in 1-2 working days ,
International parcels also enjoy speedy DHL delivery in 3-5 working days.
For remote International locations, we opt for Royal Mail, offering a wallet-friendly 7-9 working day delivery.
If you prefer a faster DHL option, contact us to arrange and cover the shipping cost difference.

Wigs that have been altered upon request are NOT eligible for returns/refunds.
MISSING PARCELS
In the unlikely event of a missing parcel, rest assured that we prioritize the resolution of such matters promptly and professionally.
Please reach out to us through Etsy messages, and we will initiate a thorough investigation in line with the policies and procedures set forth by our trusted carriers, DHL and Royal Mail.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a swift resolution to any issues you may encounter.
RETURN POLICY
Please check item for any faults before wearing or cutting any lace or tags.
If there is a fault with the item please get in touch with us within 3 days and return within 7 days
If color is not suitable or its not quite what you imagined, please DO NOT wear the item if you intend to send it back.
Item must be sent back in its original condition item must be returned unworn, unbrushed, complete with tags and original packaging and lace intact.
NO refunds will be issued for wigs that show sign of use, have been brushed or have acquired additional odors.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund (excluding initial shipping cost) within 7 days as long as it is still in its

We are happy to accept returns as long as it meets are RETURNS POLICY
-Contact us through ETSY messages Only which needs to be done within within 3 days and return 7 days
-We give you a Returns Address
-Put the wig(s) in clean packaging (you can use the bag in which it was sent in
-Send through a SIGNED & TRACKED SERVICE
-Once we receive your order and it meets are RETURNS POLICY, a refund will be issued within 1-2 working days excluding original shipping fees.
-If for some reason the parcel goes missing or is delivered to the wrong address, It is the sender's responsibility to chase up the parcel or put in a claim with the courier company if need be.
-We will not issue refunds for LOST OR MISSING/UNDELIVERED Parcels.
