Custom and personalised orders
I offer a range of custom/personalised artwork in my shop such as custom portraits and home illustrations.

Gift wrapping and packaging
There's nothing more exciting than when a package arrives for you, and I like to make it even more special by gift wrapping each item.
- Art prints are wrapped in brown paper with gold twine
- Greeting cards are in compostable cello bags with gold twine
- Stickers are in compostable cello bags with gold twine
- Mugs are in boxes (these are not gift wrapped, as my supplier packages and ships these out for me)
Processing and shipping times
All Printables are available for instant download
For physical products, I aim to send out each item within a day of the order being placed. During busy times, physical products are shipped every Monday and Friday (Any orders placed after 3pm on Monday will be shipped on Friday and any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday).
Delivery times:
UK 1-3 days shipping
Europe - 3-5 days shipping
Everywhere else 5-7 days shipping
Custom artwork can take up to 2 weeks to be created (this is not including shipping). If you need a piece completed quicker than this, please contact me at hello@happymousestudio.com and we can arrange this.

Refunds
For digital products:
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, once the product has been downloaded, I am unable to offer a refund.
For physical products:
- If you change your mind about a product before the item is shipped then I can offer you a full refund.
- I only accept refunds on shipped items if the product is damaged. If this is the case, please contact me within a week of receiving the item, with a photo of the damages. You can contact me via Etsy or at hello@happymousestudio.com
