Rana couldn’t have been more helpful - She sent me pictures of the shoes when they were ready from the atelier and kept me updated through the process. I was extremely happy with the time and care taken with the design on them and was very impressed with how quick the delivery was when my shoes were ready given the distance they had to travel. Excited to wear my shoes for my wedding now and thank you again Rana for all of your help. 😀

Custom and personalized orders
All KUKLA shoes are custom designed bespoke items. Please contact me before ordering, and let me know your ideas about design&colours, also check our availability of sizing&timing.
Personal details are what makes your shoes unique; so we love to add personal touches! Your names and wedding date can be incorporated on the design, a short poem or special quote can be added. Your wedding theme and color scheme, your wedding cake and invitations can be my inspiration to design your unique bridal shoes. Feel free to share your ideas and visuals to get started!
I make sketches to show you the layout and coloring before we start making your shoes, and I always share photos while painting them, so you can add or change details later as well. :)
SIZING INFO
We work with Eurpoean shoe sizes here and the size conversion chart can be found on the last photo of each listing. However, shoe size conversions from US/UK/AU to EU can be tricky, therefore it's best to continue with your foot measurements. You can see how-to-measure tips on the 2. last picture of each listing, please send us your foot measurement photos as well as letting us know your usual shoe size. If the foot measurements aren't provided, we'll produce the shoes in the size you ordered, unless requested otherwise. In this case it's buyers responsibility to ship the shoes back to us if they don't fit, covering the return shipping costs. A replacement pair can be offered for half price instead of shipping the 1st pair back.
CANCELLATIONS& RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept cancellations within 4 days upon purchase, if a cancellation is requested after this period please understand, we can't make a full refund.
If you'd like to exchange or return the shoes, please contact me before shipping them back. Custom handpainted designs are non-refundable, but other products can get exchanged or returned, provided that they are sent in new condition. Shoes must be sent in original box, including the invoice in an envelope in the box and all parcels must be declared as sample or gift at 5USD/EUR. You will get a full refund except the return shipping cost, once the item is received back here undamaged. Please understand, we can not accept refunds if your return shipment doesn't qualify these conditions.
DELIVERY INFO
US&AU&CA&DE orders are shipped with DHL which offers fast delivery and easy tracking.
Orders from GB&EU and other countries are shipped with the Turkish post office. Once transferred abroad they will be delivered by the post office of the recipient country. Tracking info is always provided.
If the address is insufficient or incorrect, delivery delays will occur so please provide your full address&phone number. In case nobody is at the address when delivery is attempted, you should pick up your parcel from the nearest office. Please remeber that it is buyers responsibility to track their shipment and arrange redelivery/ pickup with the post office.
Some countries may not accept certain goods for import, that's why we can't ship to Mexico.
