Where's my order? (UK customers)

All UK orders now come with a tracking number which can be found in your dispatch notification email or via your purchase history which can be accessed through the drop down menu on your Etsy account tab. Please remember that all orders are subject to delays which is down to Royal Mail and completely out of our hands. If you require further assistance with the whereabouts of your order, the quickest way to do this is to pop into your local post office who will be able to advise you of any problems with the processing of mail in your area.

Customers are responsible for following the whereabouts of their parcel.

Where's my order? (International customers)

International orders are sent via a tracked service. Wherever possible, this will be tracked and signed for, allowing you to follow to progress of you parcel. You can access your tracking number in your dispatch notification email, or via your purchase history which can be accessed through the drop down menu on your account tab.

If the status of your order remains as "leaving the UK", your parcel is likely waiting to be scanned into your country's postal system. Many countries are experiencing significant delays due to increased demand. Please understand that I cannot do anything to speed this up, however you may find it helpful to contact your local sorting office.

Customers are responsible for following the whereabouts of their parcel.

Do you stamp custom pieces?

Ordinarily we would have listings for custom pieces, however due to continued health challenges we are currently not taking on commissions.

Wholesale availability/Do you offer discounts?

Wholesale requests are now unavailable until March 2024.

When will my order be dispatched?

Current processing times are AT LEAST 2 weeks.

Due to ongoing health challenges, there is the possibility that we may have to close again with little notice, either to allow me to manage my work load or if my health prevents me from working. In this eventuality, we might be forced to postpone or even cancel orders, depending on our situation at the time.
