ORDER PROCESS
Items that are already made for sale, will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, via first class royal mail. Bespoke items take longer as I may have to order in the gemstones ect, for these orders a 50% deposit is required, and then the remaining amount when the order is completed. You will be given a date when your jewellery will be ready, so for special orders please give as much notice as possible, to avoid dissappointment. I will keep you updated on progress of your bespoke order.
PAYMENT
Payment is through Paypal and is extremly secure, you do not need to have a Paypal account, as you have the option to pay via credit/debit card. All you need to do is provide me with your email address to be invoiced - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLITY TO ENSURE ADDRESS DETAILS ARE UP TO DATE. even though I will check when invoicing.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Loopy Lou's Bespoke Gems upon receipt, you have 14 days to request a refund, thIS needs to be done via email - loopylous12 [!at] yahoo.com. The item needs to be returned in its original unused condition. You will be liable for any postage costs to return the item, once the item has been received a refund will be issued.
Refunds are not given to bespoke/custom-made orders. Under the Consumer Contracts, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of placing an order & making payment, after this, no refunds will be given. Refunds cannot be given if the work has already commenced.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygine reasons.
OVERSEAS DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery to your destination.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All ready made items will be posted withing twenty four hours of receiving payment, unless otherwise advised. (not including weekends and Bank Holidays) Within the UK, you should receive your item within 2-4 working days, but please allow up to 10 days.
Items are sent first class standard mail, if you would like your item sent special/recorded delivery please let me know, when ordering. All orders over £50 are sent first class recorded free of charge. Oversea costs are provided on request, and will be send first class airmail.

CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY
**Make sure your perfume or body lotion is completely absorbed in to the skin before putting on your jewellery.
**Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming or doing the washing up!! This can affect your gemstones and the threading materials.
**Try to keep your jewellery in your organza gift bag or jewellery box, to help prevent tarnishing, and scratches to the stones.
**Your jewellery can be cleaned by using a jewellery cloth or a soft cloth, to bring the sparkle and luster back!
**Top tip slide apart magnetic clasp as they are very strong - rather than pulling
MAGNETIC CLASPS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH PACE MAKERS.
