Apologies we always try to package and send things in the best way but we have been let down by our supplier of postage materials so have had to make do recently and are looking at other options, We still should have done better, Drop me a message and we can sort it out

The natural ingredients and eco-friendly approach align well with my values. Looking forward to seeing how it performs over time! I was also blown away by their exceptional customer service. Highly recommend both the product and the company!
