We have a 14 Day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Sale or seconds items cannot be returned.

We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them.

An item can be exchanged if we are notified within 3 days, please contact us via Etsy and an exchange form to be emailed back to you, please return within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. We strongly recommend measuring your dog and not presume a size will fit. Sale or seconds items cannot be exchanged.

*PLEASE NOTE* we cannot accept orders going to a PO box/locker address as our couriers cannot deliver to these types of addresses.
Customs & excise may be charged on all shipments in and out of the UK and applied by the government of the country the parcel is going to. Until the parcel arrives in the destination country, brokerage and customs charges cannot be predicted and will need to be paid for by the customer. Please make sure your address, email and phone number given at checkout is correct. Failure to pay these customs and charges will result in the courier returning the parcel to us. Should this happen your order will be refunded less the postage amount and customs return fees.
